The Rosace Wall Sculpture, Seagrass and Black
The Rosace Wall Sculpture, Seagrass and Black
Details
A round of seagrass, coiled into a flower and traced in black string. Up close the texture is everything: raised, soft, a little uneven, the way handmade things are. It hangs flat against the wall but holds shadow in its folds. Put it above a bench in the hall, or over the bed where the morning finds it first. A wall should have something to look at slowly.
Natural seagrass and black string; handmade. Made in India. 24.02 × 3.5 × 24.02 in. Dust with a dry cloth; keep out of direct sun.
